I'm still digging into my supply of ratty brushes to see what emerges on the page. It's a cool technical challenge to make good looking comics with THICK Mexican ink and ratty, beat up brushes. I'm diggin' it.

El Vocho #46

El Vocho looks a bit different this week, I'm going to post the story without image edits. I've usually trimmed stuff out that sticks in from adjoining panels (I have no desire to honor the panel borders).
The book is nearing completion. I'm trying to hit a gear where the pace picks up, so no more time wasting edits!
Sort of like when publisher Kitchen Sink was putting out their reprints of Steve Canyon by Milton Caniff, you could see where he'd drawn outside of the panel border and they left it in, it just looked brilliant, what a brush man ol' imperialist Milton was!
